I was impressed with the salesman. Mark Mayer, he was not pushy, he didn't complain about the test driving. He went and got the cars and it was very hot outside. He was polite and very kind. He answered all of the questions, and I chose my car, and I love it.
I just had my oil changed. They didnt ask me anything about what kind of oil I wanted, if I wanted the tires rotated or any other fluids done. They just did a basic oil change, and used the wrong oil. when I asked them about it, the cashier said, "Well you're supposed to do that out there" I told her I did it inside last time and didnt think anything of it because I'd been here before. Picked up a new Explorer a couple of weeks ago. Asanti, you’re awesome and my wife and I thank you for all the work you did to get us in and out that Saturday. Really enjoying the new ride.
An hour and a half after buying the car with 9500 miles on it check engine light came on with 30+ fault codes. Car supposedly went through 170+ point inspection.
