We get all our new Ford vehicles here. We had a great experience recently even with the corona virus outbreak. Our salesman and finance manager wore a mask during interaction and they had hand sanitizer ready for us to disinfect after signing documents. Me and my husband were also able to go in individually so we didn’t expose our kids to anything. We both wore masks as well. I bought a new car there and it has less than 10k miles on it. It has been towed in to service twice and been in there shop a few other times for minor fixes or recalls. I tried to talk to a Manger about my problem. I have left 4 messages for 2 different Managers and no one has called me back. It definitely seems like Andy Mohr don’t stand behind there cars.
