The service department was very professional and pretty accurate. The environment to wait in was comfortable and user friendly with coffee and water for the customers.
It was a long drawn out process. Each out for hidden costs and the small print. I was told a different interest rate and when I was ready to sign it was higher. If you don’t use Ford Credit you don’t get the rebates. It was a typical car deal. Trying to scam you at every turn.
Mark Mayer was determined to find me the perfect car and he did. Truly thankful.
Big thanks to Chris B. he helped me reach my limit on payments plus on the car I wanted!!!!! He explained everything to me so easily without confusing me. ( I know little to nothing about cars) I would recommend this place! I went to the Andy Mohr in Plainfield
