Lovely and professional. Had a gold chain fixed as one of the links broke , got it back in 2 weeks , very pleased with the result and only cost £30 . Perfect!
I went in to get a watch strap replaced. The man on the counter was very polite and did it for me free of charge due to it only taking a minute. Would recommend to anyone due to the politeness of the staff
Very friendly and helpful staff! Took my engagement ring in for resizing and they dealt with my enquiry quickly and professionally. Whilst there, my chain broke (fancy the chances!) and they fixed it there and then for me once we finished finalising the details of my ring resizing. Received my ring a week later, and I am very pleased with the finish of the resizing! Fits beautifully now and looks lovely and shiny! Highly recommend!
