I went to Andrew’s Jewellers to see if an old ring that was damaged could be restored. The ring was old but was in need of cleaning. Susanne was absolutely amazing giving me so many ideas of what I could do with the ring but after talking to Susanne I realised I just wanted to keep the ring as it was intended a beautiful diamond and ruby ring. I took my grandmother's ring to Andrews to be reshaped, and the service was simply amazing. Not only did they reshape it, they cleaned and polished it too, and didn't charge me a penny. Faith restored, thank you.

Wonderful experience. Alana was helpful, honest and friendly. Me and my partner were made to feel comfortable as soon as we entered to store. There are so many beautiful pre-owned pieces and Alana helped us find a wedding band in keeping with my antique engagement ring. We didn't feel rushed in trying pieces, as we have in other stores and we're made to feel very special. Will definitely be coming back to pick some unique bridal jewellery closer to the big day. Thank you.

Had an issue with an earring which was bought at Christmas. Took it back to the shop & they tried to get it repaired, unfortunately it wasn’t possible. They tried to get a replacement pair but no longer available. Even although I couldn’t find the receipt the assistant found it in their receipt book. Was offered a refund or a replacement pair. No hassle or quibbling. Excellent service.
