I’m coming to the end of my Invisalign journey with Andrew Thomas Dental in Cardiff and I couldn’t be happier! Andrew, Jo and the whole team are absolutely lovely – so welcoming, professional and genuinely caring. They’ve been amazing at guiding me through every step, always happy to answer my questions and their communication has been spot on. I feel completely supported and confident in their hands. Highly recommend them to anyone considering Invisalign or dental care in general!
I had a wonderful experience during my visit for a clean and polish with Carly. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. Carly took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening. Her friendly, approachable, yet highly knowledgeable manner was fantastic. I might even say I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment! Highly recommended.
A big thank to Carly & Mia for the brilliant service they provided through my appointment for my first hygiene clean. The whole process from start to finish was calming, comfortable & very professional. Think I’ll skip one of my hair appointments through the year to get a hygiene clean instead now!
Honestly 5* advice and work from the best hygienist Carly. I was really anxious - but went in with an honest, respectful and open approach and the same was reciprocated 10 fold.
