Mark absolutely ruined my hair, worst highlights i have ever had, Also left my hair in awful condition ...He did eventually refund colour, (that was a long drawn out challenge)..Ego was over inflated to refund full amount. I explained What use was a Cut & Blowdry when I had to where a hat for 9 weeks ,I had to cancel all Christmas events as it was that bad...He didn't care or understand that either.. Wouldn't recommend..
I have been having Mark do my hair for many years now and am always thrilled with the outcome and his interpretation of what I ask for. He and Andrew are friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend.
