Lousy.
No empathy, compassion or love for his patients. Very arrogant. Dismisses you if you disagree. His notes say he discussed things with me, that was false. He always seems rushed and seemed more interested in profit than people.
When I told him his procedure didn’t help he had a temper tantrum in the exam room. Now I can’t urinate and am condemned to a life of cathetering.
The worst experience I've ever had with any sort of medical professional. Appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. He did not listen to my concerns. He ordered one scan, and days later refused to provide my results or any treatment for condition. He then refused to provide a complete referral to a doctor that would actually help me. Awful experience. Horrible people skills. Complete waste of time and money. He has a bad reputation for a reason.
He literally was in the exam room for 5 minutes. He was curt, rude and appeared to be visibly bothered to see my elderly father who was new to a having a foley after a cardiac hospitalization that was grave. His RN(petite brunette) was equally rude and had no personality very cold and bothered she just wanted to get us out of the clinic. We asked for teaching and it was hastily provided and mostly to my father who is not competent nor is able to provide his own care.
It was just a waste of money and time. Would never go back.

With that pre-authorization, their office received instructions of what to include to show medical necessity. The procedure went as planned with no complications. When Lovelace Hospital submitted the billing codes for reimbursement, they did not include the required criteria. The claim was denied, and BCBS again sent the documentation requirements. Dr. Grollman’s office again sent incomplete do... read more

Dr. Grollman and his staff were immediately helpful.
