recommend him to friends and family. He is confident and competent. He helped me with my problem
Stay away from Albuquerque Urology Associates. It is a mill.

Dr. Breakfast Burrito. His burrito is more important than his patients. I have seen him 3 times and each time I waited in the exam room for 15min while he ate and flirted. I wasted time and $45 in copay for him to walk in and tell me the ER didn't get a cat scan so he can't help me. Before that he did a vasectomy on me. I hurt for 2-1/2 years afterward. All the other reviewers are spot on. PA Jamie Eden from the same office is awesome however. I have seen him 3 times and 3 is too many!

MD Grollman did a cystoscopy on me and it was the worst experience of my life. He seemed to know very little about female urology. I was not numb prior to the procedure and he was very rough the whole time, causing excruciating pain. Afterwards I asked him questions about my health issues and he said "he didnt know" and left the room. Both the medical assistant and he left the room with me laying there still in the stirrups and nothing to clean myself. For days it hurt to urinate.

Had a very poor experience. Unfortunately it was the same as many of the other negative reviews. I was prescribed medication that made symptoms worse, researched common side effects of the medications, and was told I did not make sense and to just stop taking it when I brought up the problem. He then said go back to your primary care provider and good luck.

Literally THE WORST doctor I have ever encountered for any reason. Was sent to this specialist for an ongoing issue and he made the issue worse. Dr. Grollman is constantly late, then unwilling to engage in any sort of dialogue. He will shrug his shoulders or roll his eyes at questions and does not show any sort of compassion or concern for the patient. He was not clear on required tests or requesting information, did not follow up on labs he said he would perform. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER.
Not the best "bedside manner". Doesn't spend much time answering questions or explaining things. Otherwise competent. Poor office support with important messages left that are NOT returned, poor follow-up. Decided to find someone else.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He was arrogant and abrasive and put his own ideas before listening to mine. His PA talked too fast and was very frustrated and rude when I asked her to slow down. As a patient I feel I should be heard, and with this office that was simply not the case.

Horrible bedside manner, arrogant, always too busy to meet with me one on one. While I feel he is a good physician, on the rare occasion I do get to see him he demonstrates poor communication skills. Support staff is excellent. I've been a patient appx. 5 years.
