I recently visited this Post Office to return an item and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The staff was not only completely incompetent—refusing to accept my package due to a supposedly incorrect label—but also incredibly condescending and unhelpful. They offered no alternative solutions and seemed more interested in dismissing my concerns than actually assisting me. Disappointed by the attitude and provoking mannerisms I received when I walked in. A gentleman who worked there was rude and didn’t want to be there. Sad to say I left feel frustrated enough to write this and I hope that man knows who he is when reading this.

Unhelpful Team didn’t wanna know. The young chap at the front was fine. The elders in the group rude didn’t even bother to turn their face to talk to me. I needed to pick up a parcel in the morning zero interest if you don’t like doing it don’t offer the service.

We had a problem with not being able to get gas working in our new camper van . Was given really good help and advice . Thank you very much for being so friendly and helpful .
