Dissappointing all around – Heed the warning of the other reviews: avoid this place. Like others have said, the service was absolutely horrible and the food was mediocre at best. We were not seated by a host; rather, we were pointed in the direction of an empty table. We then had to wait quite some time for any attention from a server. HORRIBLE doesn't even begin to describe it... – Five for New Year's Eve. The waitress didn't take our drink order for over 30 minutes! The appetizer and salads were mediocre at best and the main courses were well below average considering dinner was $45 per person. Not that great and way overpriced – I went here with some coworkers for lunch (there were about 8 of us) and it is probably one of the worst Italian restaurants I've been to. With a Little Service Might BE OK – My wife & I went to this resturant to try something new, what a mistake. The service in this establishment is a Joke!!. Nightmare Evening - Birthday Celebration Ruined – We've been going to Andiamo since it originally opened, and noticed a steady decline in service, but thought we'd give it one more try to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. What a mistake. The staff was less than motivated. Only five of the six of us received our dinner orders - they forgot to make one. Do not go here! – Worst service ever. And I mean ever. Waiting staff and manager were offensively rude. Food was mislabeled on menu. We ordered lasagna and it was not vegetarian as menu claimed, so we sent it back. The wait staff insisted on charging us for 2 entrees and refused our requests to talk to the manager. Food quality was just average but very expensive. For those prices they should at least treat customers like human beings.
nasty night – The service and the owner were frankly the most obnoxious people we have yet met in our 59 years of going to restaurants. Rude, brusque, mislabelled menu (under "vegetarian" there was a lasagna which came replete with beef; when queried, the waitress AND the owner said we should have confirmed the absence of meat and were insistent on charging for a replacement meal. They relented only under our insistence). Save your sanity!
Good food and they try hard. – This restaurant has good food and our server seemed to try very hard. They were very attentive to our needs although with the heavy accents it was difficult to understand him at times. I ordered Halibut and it was great. It's a little odd how the wine is in the middle of the restaurant, but that's what makes them unique I suppose. Overall it's a good place to go out to eat in Bellevue.
Expensive and extremely RUDE! – I can't believe I wasted my money on this place. The service was the rudest I've ever experienced, they don't care about their customers AT ALL, their food is so-so and their prices are way too high for what you get. I felt very insulted when leaving and will NEVER RETURN! The owner lady is especially rude and doesn't know how to run a business.
