Authentic Italian – Best Salmon I ever hate there - and I dislike salmon. Their food is delicious, but expensive and small quanity.
Terrible and rude service. – We waited for 10 minutes (on sunday a not busy night) before they seated us.The waitres came late did us a favor by taking our order.The wait stuff are arrogant and ill manered.There are several other Italian restaurants with better and experience profesionals.We left a poor tip.Will never go there again. IS THERE A HOPE FOR CHANGE??
Good food, terrible service – I had been wantign to try Andiamo for a while now, and finally went on a Friday night with a small group of friends. We arrived fairly late (for the East side) at around 8pm, and as I walked in I got the feeling the staff was bored and keen to head home - they were huddled together near the open-plan kitchen, and the restaurant had an odd vibe. Horrible dinner and service – My wife and I left our three kids with grandma for a nice dinner out last night. We've probably been to Andiamos seven times before, but we won't be going back. The waitress was slow and unattentive, she never asked us for pepper for our salads, how our meal was, if we wanted another glass of wine, etc...the things you expect in a nice and moderately expensive restaurant. You just don't get it – This lovely little gem in Bellevue is not for those who expect their service to be based on a slickly packaged, never personal and always orchestrated ?drinks first, salad, entree, and out you go?. Poor Customer Service – I totally agree on the reviews about their bad customer service. My girlfriends and I went for a late dinner (around 830pm) and we have to wait for 30 mins even though there are 2 empty tables just in front of us! The servers are so busy running around, and did not even have time to clear the empty tables for us. And when we finally sat down, ready to order, I realised that my fork is still dirty.
