My battery died while I was in hospital having my knee replacement. I am unable to drive presently but when I called to see if my warranty was still active I was told by deshone(sp) it was and he arranged a tow, had the battery replaced and I also got my oil change. I can’t give enough kudos to The Anderson group for their customer service and awesome customer service reps.

Nice people to work with. Honest in their dealings. Don’t pressure you. Service takes a reasonable amount of time. Seem genuinely concerned about you. Always check up on how they did. Was in again. Took a little longer than hoped but explained things and did not pressure to get things done that were optional. Walked with me to the end.
Everyone is so friendly. Attentive. Helpful.
Had some delays, but Danielle eased my anxiety and took care of them. The sales staff needs to be trained on just how long things really take. Just don't tell the customer what he wants to hear.
