Let me count the ways. They have had my wife’s car for 72 hours now. We have had no customer communication at all. I have had to take it upon myself to make the phone call. I deal with over 600 customers a day and answer every question and concern. Apparently they need help when it it comes to the fact that customers matter. When you have lack of communication it can kill your business. Maybe they should reevaluate who they have working in a position that deals with customer service.
