Friendly staff, Brent, and prompt service is what I like, and I get that at Anderson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I’m from SoCal, but have been postponing some services on my Ram Truck until I come to Lake Havasu. My Dodge dealer in SoCal requires you drop off your vehicle and they’ll let you know what day you might get it back. Even though I did not buy my Ram from Anderson, they treated me like I was their own customer. James was very professional and courteous. I took delivery of my truck from Anderson and they even washed it for me! Thank you James for the great experience! I would highly recommend Anderson!

Let me count the ways. They have had my wife’s car for 72 hours now. We have had no customer communication at all. I have had to take it upon myself to make the phone call. I deal with over 600 customers a day and answer every question and concern. Apparently they need help when it it comes to the fact that customers matter. When you have lack of communication it can kill your business. Maybe they should reevaluate who they have working in a position that deals with customer service.
