They are courteous and efficient, they told me the services that they were going to perform would take 3 hours... they got it done in 2 hours! While I was there I talked to Sean Rice about extending my Ram warranty and He showed me all of the different packages that they had and was very knowledgeable about all of them! He took the time to explain all that it covered and I felt no pressure to buy a new package! He treated my wife and myself like family!
