Horrible service department. Took my 2017 2500 ram in for first service at 10000 miles. So if it’s your first service, shouldn’t they service everything that needs service? Nope. My oil life was still at 12 percent, which they changed. But my fuel filter life at 2 percent. No that’s not covered under the service. That’s $255. But it needs more service than my oil does. Well we don’t cover that on first service. They did not reset my oil life sensor or check tire pressure. When I asked why they did not fill up my DEF. they sa... read more

Anderson saved our Thanksgiving weekend after losing out truck keys at the bottom of the lake. We had the truck towed to Anderson and by the time we got there the key was made and we were on our way. Customer service is top notch and I will sing their praises forever! Well done!!!
