My battery died while I was in hospital having my knee replacement. I am unable to drive presently but when I called to see if my warranty was still active I was told by deshone(sp) it was and he arranged a tow, had the battery replaced and I also got my oil change. I can’t give enough kudos to The Anderson group for their customer service and awesome customer service reps.
Factory recalls were completed quickly. Truck was returned unwashed however. They seem to always forget.
The service was good, however I found grease on the door and something like gray power on the drivers inside door.
Both salesman (Eric) and sales manager (Danny) we’re both very helpful and giving great assistance. Helping us make the decision on buying the Jeep. Katrina was also very helpful and pleasant
