Great location. Very peaceful, Richard was very helpful and loved the pony Tiddles and horse josh. Lots of mountjack dears just strolling by. .... negatives it was clean but carpet was sticky nothing a shampoo would not sort out , bed linen and mattress cover very worn , . Overall caravan is in need of some TLC .....
This is a very small park with only 7 caravans/ mobile homes. This makes it very peaceful. To the rear of our caravan is a large Maram grass sand dune of which there is a convenient path giving access to the large sandy beach with Happisburgh visible to the north and Sea Palling to the south. The accommodation was very clean and suited our needs 100% We liked this site so much we are booked in again in September.
We had a lovely stay here for a few days. The host was very helpful and informative. The caravan was clean and tidy but just felt it needed a bit of a deep clean at end of season I.e carpet in living room and sofas steam clean but with that said it was good value for money and had everything we needed. Behind our van was a slightly steep sand dune which took you straight onto a wonderful beach, so well worth the effort to climb it lol. Quiet and secluded site. Perfect if you like walking and/or relaxing.
