I came in as a walk in and was seated almost immediately, I had previously gotten my nails done at another salon, and unfortunately, they were thick, uneven, and just not what I wanted. Thankfully, the lovely lady who did my nails here was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, professional, and really took the time to fix the mess I came in with. Nail technician was friendly and helpful and kept checking that my daughter was OK. We're both really pleased with the design and will definitely be returning.

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I initially went in to remove my acrylic nails and get a fresh gel set. I was 30 minutes late for my appointment, and due to time constraints, the staff informed me they couldn’t do the removal and offered a refill instead, which I agreed to. I also asked for chrome nails, and based on their suggestion — due to the darker base — we went with a darker nude under the chrome.
