I scheduled an appointment because of my anxiety and depression and learned I also have ADHD. When I talk to Amy she points out what behaviors are due to my ADHD, it’s really opened this entirely new world for me. It’s the best decision I made because now i know why i do things in life a certain way. Everything just makes sense now, I know why I was just different and I’m less hard on myself.

Amy has stuck with me for years to keep my adult ADHD and anxiery in check. Her knowledge of newly available meds and persistence with my insurance company have been a game changer. She pushes me to implement healthy routines and continued therapy in addition to meds. Prepare to be challenged by a practitioner that is determined to help you become the best version of yourself.

Amy Morrison is kind, intuitive, caring, professional and direct. She puts the patient first and fights for them. Amy is great at what she does and her patients reap the benefits of her labor. What a blessing!!!

I am a long time patient and have the utmost trust and respect for Amy. Not only as a medical professional, but as a person. She's direct and genuine and truly cares about her patients.

Dr. Morrison is phenomenal. They are always so kind and efficient. It’s awesome they take insurance!

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words, they are greatly appreciated! However, please call me Amy as I am a proud PA and I do not have a doctorate degree.

I also want to add that I’m an ex addict. Amy said she appreciated my honesty and tried to put me on Mydayis. I told her I didn’t want to be on any stimulants. It wasn’t until I left the office that I looked up Mydayis and it is a stimulant. If you are a professional, you should know you do not give stimulants or narcotics to an ex addict. That was my reason of not returning. But after how they spoke to my mom (who paid by the way), I will definitely let others know about you guys.

Business response:

Prior to rx a stimulant for ADHD I explain that a stimulant CAN BE addictive, but people with ADHD are 5x more likely to struggle with addictions IF they are NOT ON A STIMULANT and are 2x more likely to have a fatal car accident. So NOT taking a stimulant actually INC your risk of addiction/relapse AND fatal car accidents. I never rx a medication unless a patient decides to take it and agrees to strict monitoring for misuse. Your wait time was 15 min and we spent a full hour together.

Good quality care, efficient scheduling, ease of communication with provider, and compassion are a few of the many reasons why Amy is so good.

My therapist raves about Amy & kept encouraging me to see her instead of my PCP. I called and Marissa was super friendly. I like that she made sure that Amy would be a good fit for me before she scheduled me. Most places don’t take the time to do that. My therapist was right, Amy is very personable and thorough. She also is the only medical provider I see that has a patient portal that allows me to send her questions directly. Online scheduling is also very easy to use and convenient.

Scheduling my appointment online was fast & simple. The intake lady, Marissa, called me the next day. She asked me a bunch of ?s which I appreciated. Most other psych practices schedule you without asking any ?s and then they don’t seem to be comfortable with treating ADHD when I also have anxiety. After meeting with Amy it was evident she was an expert in ADHD and she was the first person to explain how ADHD, anxiety, and depression go hand in hand.
