Love Amy Morrison back in 2012 I came for my first visit with her and ever since then I have been doing better with her helping me with managing my conditions. I honestly can't thank her enough for all that she has done in helping me.

Finding a psych office that takes insurance & provides excellent medical care is hard & now I know why. My ins routinely denies claims but their online billing portal makes it easy to print off detailed statements and Marissa in the billing dept has been patient, respectful, & helpful. I have never been charged for anything I didn't authorize. I also make a point to stay on top of my ins so Amy gets paid bc I don't want her to drop my ins like the other good prescribers have done.

Love, love LOVE Amy! Easy to talk to and her office is more like going to your friends house to hang out and have a chat. Amy is wonderful in that she incorporates home practices of breathing, meditation and medication. Yes, you have to do your part to help yourself as well. Love her fresh approach and will continue my appointments with her! Can’t forget the Queen of the office, Roxie (her Yorkie) the Snuggler! Just seeing Roxie immediately puts a smile on your face and makes you feel better!

Horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible service, was charged multiple times, was threatened over messages with her assistant Marrisa I felt very violated and like I had no confidentiality. When I called them out on this they deleted all our messages though patient fusion to avoid us reporting them. Super scummy. Pushes super strong medication on you even when you say you don't want it. They took money out of our bank account after we ended all services with them with no explanation as to why, me

Business response:

Leaving harassing online reviews on Facebook, Google, and Health Grades will not lead to a refund for charges owed by you or your insurance company. Threatening to no longer continue care in our office will not lead to a refund either, instead your d/c request will be granted which leads to closing out your online patient portal due to IT security protocols. I consider it a positive result if someone d/c on less medication than they were taking prior to care.

I have been Amy’s patient for seven years. She is compassionate and candid and uses keen insight in her feedback communication which I find enlightening and encouraging. Amy has advocated for me well beyond filling prescriptions. My family and I are grateful for her psychiatric knowledge and generous manner. I highly recommend Amy Morrison to those seeking a quality mental health professional.

It took over a week for the office to reply to a fairly desperate request for help. Then when I did receive a reply, it was very cold and didn't offer any appointment times, just that they were booked for new patients through middle of January. When in this business, doctors and their staff need to show compassion and perhaps provide timely response. They did neither.

Business response:

Hi DMK. I'm sorry that we played phone tag with you for a week & the appt time you were offered was not soon enough to meet your needs. You're correct in that our current wait time for a new patient appt is 6 weeks due to the clinic being closed for the holidays for several days in Nov, Dec, and Jan. Our patient centered care approach means we prioritize our current patients needs to be seen for medical appts over adding new patients which resulted in our staff not being able to work you in.

I have been seeing Amy for about 9/10 months now, but I have been treated for mental health/psychiatric symptoms for 13ish years. I am so glad that a friend of mine recommended her to me because she is unlike anyone who has treated me previously. I've honestly never had a psychiatrist that truly cared if I paired my medication management with counseling/therapy. Amy provides resources and she is accessible and responsive any time I need her. So glad she's my doc!
