Walking in was warmly welcomed and offered a drink ..Adam kept me well informed of the stages in his consult ..Adam did a difficult wax extraction he was very patient and took his time to which I could hear again first time in over a year...now everything in the world as a sound ,am eternally grateful.. Highly recommend the Hearing Centre 10/10
Recently dropped into Amplifon Worcester because I could not get an appointment with the GP. The Audiologist kindly looked in my ears even though I did not have an appointment. I had an ear infection and he kindly referred me and I got antibiotics the same day. Legend.
We have been using Amplifon for years and Mel in their Worcester branch has always been very efficient. However, recent experiences over past months suggest they are no longer a caring outfit focussed on customers needs and care. I can only hint that this is likely connected with the incumbent manager at the Worcester branch. There are alternatives out there providing better service and aftercare, so don’t be seduced by their technology claims alone.

The worst experience lve had totally unprofessional, because l had issues with my ear canal the person wanted to fit bits on the the hearring aid to make it fit. In my opinion when l paid £1000 deposit they were very polite when asking for my £1000 deposit back. I had to fight their systems, MY ADVISE IS NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY they are unethical. When l cancelled their attitude changed, FSA were about to help me,
