Very well treated. My audiologist was exemplary
Helpful staff, always ready with a coffee and a smile.
Booking process good. Audiologist nervous, just basic hearing test. No speech in noise, didn't ask if I had hyperacusis (skipped over it) and underwhelmed. No copy of my test received. Hearing aids were good but without audiogram and such a basic assessment I decided not to buy after the 10 day trial.
