The whole experience was amazing! From booking the appointment and the greeting from the receptionist, to the hearing test and followup advice. Indu is very professional and kind. After the test, she clearly explained the results, answered my questions, let me try out a hearing aid, and showed options to move forward. I am very happy with the great customer service! Also, the clinic is very clean and has a positive vibe. Thank you.
Indu Roy was more than gracious accepting my queries about my need for hearing aids. She performed the functions which verified what I had already heard from another hearing specialist. Yet it was her kind manner and professionalism, using up-to-date equipment, that gave me the confidence and knowledge to finally understand why, even with minimal hearing loss, it was time for me to use hearing aids.
