I have just past the 10 year training mark at Amor with Coach Jimmy Wright. I have gone from couch to marathon Weak to strong I love the variety of the tutored classes and the buddy system where we all push each other to achieve our targets. It’s a friendly gym and we all meet socially too Good for mental well-being health and fitness Best gym around

In my opinion the best place to train I've been training here for over 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. It's helped me physically mentally and socially.i have achieved so much and believe I would never have done this anywhere else.
