If your insurance company appoint AML say no!!!!! Horrendous company, arrogant owner. They ignore countless calls and emails and do a slapdash job and didn't finish job
Aml were appointed by my insurance company to do repairs after a fire . Poor communication from day one in keeping you up to date with progress. I understand lead times take a while to organise especially with specific doors and windows however we were given a update on 31st of May for windows and doors to arrive and reassurances would be in touch on that date or soon after. We used AML for their drawing and building warrant services for our garage conversion. We used someone else for the construction. Isla was quick to contact us and come out to discuss plans for the conversion. We had a lot of uses we wanted from this new room and she had fantastic ideas for my little office/sewing room at the back, which worked in the required space for our boiler and solar batteries. They carried out insurance work following a flood last year. Pretty slapdash to be honest. Door bars not sticking down and company didn't answer emails to come and rectify. Niw new living room ceiling has cracked.
Pleased with their professional approach to building repairs and collaborating with other businesses to get the bungalow repaired after a burst pipe, which impacted on several rooms. They kept me in the loop and always responded timeously to my questions and requests.
