Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was this psychiatrist's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this psychiatrist ever condone negative behavior? Not at all. They discouraged negative behaviors and suggested helpful solutions Was this psychiatrist late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Was it easy to make an appointment with this psychiatrist? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Dr. Bahnassi is very good. I have been to other psychiatrists, and was wary of BHS because they seemed so busy. There's a good reason Dr. Bahnassi is busy, and despite his schedule, he is (or at least seems to be) completely present during our appointments, and obviously keeps updated on the field. The office staff is really friendly and helpful, and seem to keep things running efficiently so that I can get in on time, which is huge.

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
