Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed Is this business handicap-accessible? Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they were disgusting Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was this provider's office too loud? Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise Does this psychiatrist offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this psychiatrist have reasonable prices? Yes

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this psychiatrist give you undivided attention? Definitely! They made an extra effort to make me feel special Did this psychiatrist have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Fairly Easy Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Do you feel that you made progress during your sessions with this psychiatrist? I've made a little progress, but nothing significant
