Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes How would you compare this psychiatrist to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they were disgusting Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Does this psychiatrist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Would you refer a friend or family member to this psychiatrist? No, I wasn't impressed Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? I was very unimpressed. We got there ten minutes before the appointed time, and waited another thirty after my time slot because they were EATING LUNCH. During MY appointment. After the doctor finished his burrito and powwow with his staff, he asked his secretary "Oh, are there patients?" I finally got in, we talked for about 7 minutes after a very quick and rushed diagnosis. I will give him credit for prescribing the right meds, but that's all. Here's what a visit to this office was like; I'd wait for sometimes close to an hour past the scheduled time. I'd finally get in to see Bahnassi, he'd ask me how I was doing, ask if I needed a refill for a prescription, and then I was out again in 15 minutes or less. When I had a problem with my insurance, he simply stopped taking my phone calls and refilling my prescriptions over a delayed $130 payment. They didn't even return my calls to tell me there'd been a problem with my insurance, which I hadn't been aware of. They s... read more
