My experience with Dr. Amit Tandon exceeded my anxious expectations. He and staff were kind, courteous, helpful, calming, professional and thorough. I’ve worn glasses all my life, to be able to wake up in the morning and not reach for my glasses is life changing. I’m delighted and so very pleased with the treatment I received at the OSU Eye and Ear Institute. I highly recommend!
I recently had cataracts removed and couldn't be happier with the outcome and process. The team at OSU headed by Dr. Tandon, runs like a well oiled machine without losing the fun, caring personality of the individuals. Every part of the process was pleasant and efficient. Pre and post care was professional, prompt and caring. I experienced no pain and very little discomfort, that only lasted a few hours for me. I really appreciated the care of Dr. Tandon and the team and just sorry I won't see them again! Two and through :-)
My 2 visits were very pleasant. The staff, including administration, were extremely professional and kind. Dr Tandon and his staff were very caring; they made me feel comfortable and less anxious. They explained every step of the way. Dr Tandon is an amazing surgeon with a great personality and I highly recommend him! AND my vision is perfect with no cloudiness. Amazing! I’ve seen Dr McLean two different times for two different issues within a few months. She was empathetic and listened intently to everything I had to say. I never felt rushed. I trusted her enough the first time to return with the second issue that she treated. Both were handled conservatively and I am now much better. She got me in for an mri quickly and called me 6 hours later with the result. I wasn’t held in limbo not knowing what I should do. I’m grateful I went to her. She is kind, professional and very knowledgeable.
