Dr. Tandon and the whole OSU team was unbelievably awesome- every single encounter was professional and informative. The cataract surgery was so easy and I was so worried. Dr. Tandon is committed to doing the very best work and has the experience to prove it. He is passionate for excellence! As a nurse, I am pretty critical but all my expectations were exceeded. So grateful!
Pam was amazing as we were welcomed to the surgery center. Every staff member was wonderful and had great bedside manner. Would highly recommend your facility and Dr. Tandon.
Dr. Tandon went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable position for me during my procedures. His caring attitude is most certainly the best.
I was not worried about the surgery beforehand, but I found it to be much easier than I ever imagined. Having been very nearsighted since the early grades, I chose to have my sharpest focus set at about 18” from my face. Thus, I will not be able to drive until I can get new glasses in about a month. Not a nice person at all. Very cold. Long wait times would be ok if she was good at what she does, but she doesn't even look you in the eye when you're talking to her. GYN is a very private matter...one that you need to be on your side. Everything that I asked was negated by her. I don't recommend.
Dr Tandon is efficient, very personable, and the epitome of competence.

I was diverted to Dr. Shanker for a same day appointment due to an urgent medical issue, my PCP was unavailable. The appointment itself did not seem too unusual and Dr Shanker seemed to listen to my concerns and the acute medical problem the led to my visit. Of course that is if you disregard the fact that she asked me if I was there to get pain medication. At no point had I asked for pain medication, nor was I planning on requesting to be given any. In and out, pre and post op excellence. Very comfortable setting when talking to staff. Dr. Tandon runs a very efficient practice.
