I was not worried about the surgery beforehand, but I found it to be much easier than I ever imagined. Having been very nearsighted since the early grades, I chose to have my sharpest focus set at about 18” from my face. Thus, I will not be able to drive until I can get new glasses in about a month. Not a nice person at all. Very cold. Long wait times would be ok if she was good at what she does, but she doesn't even look you in the eye when you're talking to her. GYN is a very private matter...one that you need to be on your side. Everything that I asked was negated by her. I don't recommend.
Dr Tandon is efficient, very personable, and the epitome of competence.
Everyone is amazing here! My eye sight has never been better!
I was diverted to Dr. Shanker for a same day appointment due to an urgent medical issue, my PCP was unavailable. The appointment itself did not seem too unusual and Dr Shanker seemed to listen to my concerns and the acute medical problem the led to my visit. Of course that is if you disregard the fact that she asked me if I was there to get pain medication. At no point had I asked for pain medication, nor was I planning on requesting to be given any. In and out, pre and post op excellence. Very comfortable setting when talking to staff. Dr. Tandon runs a very efficient practice.
I have had three primary physicians and I left the previous two because they were not personable, didn't seem to care, and didn't respect my time as a patient. She can tell if you don't understand her diagnosis, she explains it in the simple terms.
My cataract surgery went smoothly, thanks to Dr. Tandon and the excellent support staff at OSU. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the anesthesiologists to Dr. Tandon was efficient and truly seemed to enjoy their jobs. I now can see well without glasses for the first time in 60+ years--it is like a miracle. Many thanks to Dr. Tandon and his staff.
Larry has performed four (4) implants for my wife. His work is excellent and very through. We are thankful that my wife of 77yrs. has a full mouth of great looking teeth no dentures. Her health has improved digestion is better, no more headaches, her teeth and smile look great. Thank you Dr. Larry Towning
