I was reccomended to Dr. Brian Fahey, DO after multiple unsettling nuerological issues began to escalate. Before and after thyroid removal, I had been experiencing muscle spasms and a central tremor which also took away my voice. First doctor I’ve been to that truly has lack of any genuine care for her patients. I became pregnant through IVF, and was given direction from my IVF specialist to check my thyroid monthly to ensure proper levels, ensuring the safety of my baby and pregnancy. He is a very smart man and witty. I enjoyed speaking with him and felt that he listened to me.
She seem to cancel a few days before our appointment. This has happened every time my mom has scheduled to see her. Also we asked for a referral from Dr Sawchyn for my mom and she refused to give her a referral because she is not the one referring her to the doctor of my moms choice. Instead we are referred to the medical records released department. Doesn’t makes sense, but we know we made the best decision to switch doctors.
The experience for the patient was excellent. Good result and high marks for the nurses. The waiting time for the support person was not wonderful. The noise in the waiting room was unpleasant. High expectations based on previous cataract surgery with Dr. Tandon were exceeded. The nursing staff could not have been better. They were nice, knowledgeable, very friendly and good at their jobs. They made surgery close to pleasant. Thank you for caring so nicely.
I had cataract surgery in both eyes. Everything went well.
Great bedside manner! Quick and efficient. Experience from 1st appt. through both surgeries and follow-ups were wonderful. Respective of your time. Dr. Tandon, office staff and surgery staff were fantastic!
There aren't many things more frightening than the idea of someone cutting open your eyeballs. But Dr. Tandon and his staff are superb at allaying that kind of anxiety. They're also highly skilled, and incredibly well organized and careful [example: another patient had the same first name as I, so there was a 'NAME ALERT' on my chart].
