Dr. Tandon is warm and friendly making me feel very comfortable. He made sure I knew he was available if I had any concerns providing me with his cell phone #. My surgeries were both very good experiences with no complications. Highly recommend Dr. Tandon.

Based on first contact with her I found her to have a over the top aggressive tone. She seems to have a negative approach in listening to patients. Her word and opinion are absolute and do not dare to challenge. Unprofessional in nearly every sense
My initial consult, two cataract surgeries and follow-up appointments could not possibly have been any better. Dr. Tandon's skillful expertise is matched by his warmth and genuine concern for his patiences. His explanations are thorough and reassuring. His staff maintains the same level of care and consideration. My hopeful expectations have been surpassed certainly in outcomes, but equally so in the process. I am very grateful to Dr. Tandon.
Guess and medicate doctor. Useless. She doesn't have any standard of care. Avoid her at all costs unless you want to be given meds that won't help you for conditions you don't have.

They have a "well oiled machine" in terms of their process, highly organized, efficient, great attention to detail, and everyone we met, including Dr. Tandon, was kind, personable, and friendly, as well as highly compentent.
Highly recommend Dr. Tandon and the staff at the Ohio State Havener Eye Institute. I have cataracts surgery on both of my eyes. Every step of the way from the beginning to the end has been outstanding. I didn't need to ask any questions since everything is explained thoroughly. Dr. Tandon is great, a balance of fast and thorough, I felt safe throughout my experience. I can see much better now that my cataracts is gone. Thank you Dr. Tandon and his efficient staff.
