Fired this incompetent medical provider. He has cancelled appointments 66% of the time just minutes before the appointment. Always gives some excuse. Communication and advise from Dr Elsheikh often included copy and pastes word for word from popular web sites. When you arrive in the office for an appointment you feel like you are just another patient being passed thru a lot of bureaucracy. As a person with significant medical problems, we decided as a family it was best for me to find a more reputable medical provider.
Really listens to what your needs are and makes suggestions to assist with your concerns.
Dr. Tandon and his entire staff were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and made me feel very comfortable. They answered all of my questions with patience and I never felt rushed. Everyone was a very good listener and I receive excellent care from a friendly and professional doctor and staff.
Has a big ego for such a small man, was talking about his weekend as it was Friday during my visit. He said in my doctor notes, first line that I have anxiety. I love how he’s able to determine that after speaking with me for less than 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time with this one, I’ve worked In healthcare in the O.R. 17 years? Anxiety lol? What a joke.
Very engaging with the patient. Dr. Tandom and staff explained and performed the cataract surgery process very well. The process was made as reasonably comfortable as it can be.
Excellent team approach from presurgery to OR to postsurgery and next day follow up with Dr. Tandon. Super efficiency did not eliminate personal approach by Dr. Tandon and all the staff. Will recommend to all my family and friends needing his expertise.
Besides his great bedside manner (and those cookies) the fact that he included a schedule in which to mark off what prescriptions were needed and how many times a day was a plus. Excellent care!
Dr. Tandon was referred to me by another group of medical professionals. His skill, professional demeanor, compassion and friendly personality are top notch. If someone wants to find a business model to aspire to, then I would recommend looking at Dr. Tandon and his associates for such a gold standard.
I could not have asked for better treatment and results for cataract surgery from Dr. Tandon and his staff. From the initial exam to post-op, I was well informed and seen timely. The process was incredibly convenient, something not often found in recent health care delivery.
