I highly recommend Dr Tandon for cataract surgery! In addition to his expertise and professionalism, Dr Tandon's positive, cheerful manner helped to calm my nerves before my (first ever) surgery. The care I recieved, from check-in, pre-op, anesthesiology, surgery, and post-op was superb. The team was both competent and compassionate.
Complete explanation of diagnosis and plan to treat it. Took a lot of time with me and encouraged me to ask questions. Her whole staff was also amazing, kind and made me very comfortable during a difficult time.
Dr. Tandon performed cataract surgery on my right eye, followed by my left eye two weeks later. Before the surgery, Dr. Tandon answered all my questions and explained very clearly why there was nothing to fear! No pain! He always seemed genuinely concerned with my well-being. My eyes are both recovering very nicely. Dr. Tandon and his staff are tops in customer service. He also promised me with the lenses I'd chosen I should have perfect distance vision. Driving at night is now a pleasure because all the glare, halos, and star bursts around the headlights are gone. Thanks so much, Dr. Tandon, for returning my sight to perfection.
Dr John Oas is the best neurologist!! He was the only doctor to help me and cure my vertigo and horrible headaches.
Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Other experts in his field say he has good surgical outcomes. Spent adequate time explaining the condition and options for treatment. However, he came across as somewhat condescending. If I return, I would prefer to see one of the female physicians in this practice.
Both the pre and post operative care was excellent. The staff was very positive and caring. Appointments were seen on time. and not at all rushed. This was a very positive experience.
