Dr. Tandon performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. He and his staff were wonderful to work with from my first consultation to my last follow up meeting. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any form of eye surgery.
My recent cataract removal experiences was remarkable. Dr. Tandon and his assistants are superb. Their care was not only excellent, but efficient. They repeatedly checked in on me and the pre and post operative directions were very clear.
My first visit was a consult. Dr. Tandon was very personable and professional. He examined my eyes and explained what would happen during the surgery. I received a handout that helped later in day.He eased my anxiety by saying “I love my job.” Both procedures went very well, including the follow up visits. He made me feel as if I was his only patient. I would recommend him to anyone in need of cataract surgery.
Horrible bedside manner, rude, did not listen well to my concerns. He was dismissive. He was unprepared visit and unaware of previous testing performed. He cut my sentences and came across as being annoyed by me voicing my concerns. Overall made me feel like an idiot. Will never go back
What a pleasant, efficient and comfortable process! Dr. Tandon and all his staff are so kind, friendly and focused on your care that you feel you are in wonderful hands! I wish all healthcare providers would give this kind of service and care!

Dr. Tandon is excellent as well as every staff member that I came into contact with. Dr. Tandon answers all your questions, you never feel rushed and his care is wonderful. Preop and post op care Nurses were friendly and progessional. Highly recommend.
Dr. Tandon is an awesome physician. He performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. The entire process from the initial consultation to the procedures were extremely professional and very organized. His staff was extremely professional and caring. I highly recommend him.
From the moment of walking into the Havener Eye Institute as Dr Amit Tandon’s patient it was a phenomenal experience-I was immediately put at ease from the checking in process thru meeting with Dr. Tandon after the completion of cataract surgery on both eyes.
