Dr. Tandon and his entire staff were very professional, informative and caring from start to finish.
Dr. Keder prescribed treatment that was not reimcommended by and wouldn't explain why. She did not have good bedside manner and was dismissive of me as a patient. I don't know if she treats other patients better but she made me feel sad and I don't recommend her.
Dr. Tandon and his staff are efficient, kind and professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
Dr. Tandon is upbeat, great attitude and personality. Dr. Tandon and staff were kind, caring, cheerful compassionate, and friendly. I was given a checklist of instructions for each eye. Absolutely helpful. I received excellent care and would highly recommend Dr. Tandon. Thank you for the great care given to me.
15 - 20 Years ago I was hit by a car when I was out running in the morning about 6 AM . It was Christmas Eve Morning. The car came at about 40 miles an hour. My body and bones are very strong so I survived and made a full and complete recovery from all the injuries I sustained that day. I HAD WONDERFUL CARE. THE STAFF WAS COMPASSIONATE AND FRIENDLY.
I highly recommend Dr Tandon for cataract surgery! In addition to his expertise and professionalism, Dr Tandon's positive, cheerful manner helped to calm my nerves before my (first ever) surgery. The care I recieved, from check-in, pre-op, anesthesiology, surgery, and post-op was superb. The team was both competent and compassionate.
Complete explanation of diagnosis and plan to treat it. Took a lot of time with me and encouraged me to ask questions. Her whole staff was also amazing, kind and made me very comfortable during a difficult time.
Dr. Tandon performed cataract surgery on my right eye, followed by my left eye two weeks later. Before the surgery, Dr. Tandon answered all my questions and explained very clearly why there was nothing to fear! No pain! He always seemed genuinely concerned with my well-being. My eyes are both recovering very nicely.
