I booked a lash lift via treatwell for Saturday Sep 14. I also booked, via treatwell, a patch test for 5:30pm on the Thursday (today). When I arrived at 5:20... the whole place was closed. Shutters down, the lot. No note as to why it was shut (supposedly open until 6). Called the mobile number, no response. Sent a text. Nothing. Waited a few min and called again. Nada. I was told to come and get a haircut at 5pm.I went there and was told to wait as there was a customer they were dealing with. I waited till 6pm just to be told that they were going to deal with another person. Who apparently was there before me. I don’t understand why that wasn’t conveyed to me at 5pm when I went there or in the afternoon. I got late for my concert.Very disappointing experience! Would not recommend to trust them.
