Been coming here for over 10 years and always had a great massage. Koko was fantastic today.
Extremely rude receptionist
I redeemed a gift voucher and started my massage. Within five minutes they told me there was an issue and stopped the massage and asked me to leave. Customer service was horrible and no goodwill to a previous customer. I sadly will not be returning. I would avoid gift vouchers as they are only valid for 6 months with absolutely no flexibility.
The Therapist was Amazing, I was nervous to have this treatment but she put me completely at ease and was very professional. If anyone is quite shy or nervous about getting waxed like I am, I would recommend coming here. The treatment room was clean and comfortable and the price was good too. I will definitely return for more treatments.
