very very bad service. takes very long even when not much customers
Very bad service. Servers do not respond to questions asked. Just keep saying not sure
Worst service ever. I waited for 20 minutes before going over to ask about my order. When I provided the order number, the staff repeatedly said, “not sure,” without making any effort to check or assist. Her attitude was also very unpleasant and unprofessional. Waiting is one thing, but being treated rudely when asking for help is unacceptable.
Dont give these people your support. Been eating here for years but the staff have always been very very rude. Always sulky and gives you attitude when you try to order. Been tolerating it but today all the staff straight up ignored me when I was clearly standing there trying to order. I get that it's busy but ignoring customers is a new low. If you want business and be angry when there is, don't set up a food stall. 0/10 don't support
Very rude and terrible service. I was standing there waiting to place my order, while all three staff members looked at me but completely ignored me. No one even bothered to say, “Please wait a moment,” even though they were busy cooking and packing food. If you are unable to handle multiple orders at the same time, especially Grab orders, then please don’t accept more orders than you can manage.
