I hate leaving these kind of reviews but if i can save anyone from making the mistake to rent with this company, I will. They charge you association fees, sewer, an additional $10 fee whenever you pay any bills, and expect you to pressure wash the property as well as the driveway. These people will make up bills and fees to send you. If you tell them you are moving out they will lower your rent by $50 to lure you to stay. Please stay away from doing business with them unless you want to suffer the same fate I did.
Complaint Details My boyfriend and I applied for a home becoming available on 3/1/25. It was listed on rental sites 1/11. We decided to apply house unseen due to the market where we are looking. After jumping through all kinds of hoops for their application and paying the application fee we were approved 1/20/25.
