How is this company still in business, and why is not investigated?! They have the worse customer service ("Experienced Customer Advocates"), they cannot help you with ANYTHING, they only can listen to your complaints and make notes in the system for whatever department the complaint is about. In one of my and most important complaint, they billed me for something they shouldn't have billed me for and when asked to get it credited they could only state they made a note in the system for the billing department and would take ... read more

If I could give them a rating of minus 10 stars I would! They never showed up to fill my tank and I ran out of propane in December. So I bought my own tank and told them to come and get theirs out of my yard. Finally 7 months later they finally show up and then send me a bill for $150 for picking up their own tank! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMERIGAS!
If I could give them a rating of minus 10 stars I would! They never showed up to fill my tank and I ran out of propane in December. So I bought my own tank and told them to come and get theirs out of my yard. Finally 7 months later they finally show up and then send me a bill for $150 for picking up their own tank! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMERIGAS!

Terrible service! Called and requested they only fill one tank. They filled both tanks which cost $600. I am using it to bbq in the summer! Don’t need $600 worth of propane. When they filled the tanks they put a lock on so we can’t use it. They said we needed to be there when they delivered. They NEVER told us we had to be home!! When we talked to the person about only filling one tank he did not say to be home. Now they want to charge $100 to come out and unlock the tank. I said they should wave this fee since we were not t... read more
