Horrible horrible company. You can't reach anyone who has knowledge in the company. We have been told we would be contacted by a supervisor and no one ever calls. There is no local person to talk to. Amerigas used to be a good company but now it is terrible.

A HORRIBLE COMPANY!! THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TO RIP YOU OFF!! We bought our new house which the tank was owned by Amerigas, we made our 1st order and was TRIPLE charged within 3 months!! While trying to get customer service to handle this which NEVER happened it went to COLLECTIONS! WE WILL REMOVE THIS TANK AND BE THEIR WORST NIGHTMARE IF THEY DONT RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY! MY ADVICE..RUN THE OTHER WAY AND NEVER LOOK BACK!

I am writing to complain about poor service response from Amerigas. I signed on with them in 2014 when we could speak directly to a person in local office about propane issues abs deliveries. They closed that office 2019 and once they went national and your calls or inquiries went to national service center when I would order propane despite the fact that we had deliveries to our rural home with no problems for 5 years now after the fact when I called they said they couldn’t find me.
