I love this store! The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Donahue is very professional and thorough. I've been going to this store for contacts and eye glasses for about 10 years. I love the amazing quality of their products and services, and the prices can't be beat!

This place is such a ripoff! We were quoted over $400 for 2 pairs of glasses, I declined told her I'd pay for the exam and to give me my prescription. Magically my order was reduced to $232. We paid and left. Got a call almost 3 weeks later stating they were ready...we go in today and I am advised that was for one pair....I proceeded to argue with the rude man helping me telling me I only paid for one. I had the most pleasant experience at my eye appointment today ! The staff is always so friendly and full of smiles . Always offering help to pick out frames ! I love smiles and happiness . And it's so affordable for not having vision insurance ! I will continue to go to go this place as long as I live in Des Moines Iowa ! 10 star rating!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Got two pairs of glasses there last year started wearing the second pair just now started cutting my ears ask them to get me another frame or get the company that sells them to refund me my money said they don't have a number for the people that sell them and they can't do anything about it won't be going back there again
I love their frames and the service. Sometimes I'm a little spooked out by hearing the word slight. Other than that there's no better quality in frames.
Quick service, membership is great price with great deals. Excellent frame choices and I always get multiple compliments on my eyeglasses. My prescription is very strong so my lenses have always been expensive- but not with Americas Best. West Des Moines location is my favorite, but I can honestly say they are all great! Thank you!
I got contacts and glasses at this location and was extremely happy with the service and everything I received. And all for a great price! I would highly recommend them.
