I bought a scope and had a problem with it out of the box which sometimes stuff happens I'm not really worried about that. I called ATN spoke to a gentleman named Pablo Hernandez he set up an exchange and super fast shipping for my new scope. He went above and beyond to take care of me and hands-down the best customer service I've ever received from a company. this is my first ATN product and they now have a customer for life. I have the X-Sight 3-14 and I love it. The customer service, namely My was very helpful on the chat with getting the replacement items that I needed to keep my scope in top-notch condition. Headed back to hunt down some more hogs!
