Very poor customer service. As in pretty much non existent. Ive been trying to get ahold of them for an RMA return for around 10 days with no contact from them.

I purchased the atn thor 4 thermal. It has never worked properly. I site the scope in and put it back in the safe. Then next time i get it out it is not sited in any more. Also the video recording does not work. I sent it back once and the scope that was sent back to me was refurbished and has the same problem. I site my gun in on a lead sled. I don't have this issue with any other scope I own let alone a $3,000 scope. I called several times and was told someone would call me back to fix issue or send new replacement. No one... read more

ATN has some truly innovative products at affordable price points. For your $, no other Manf or distributor of thermal products comes close to the value-proposition of ATN thermal scopes. Getting a hold of ATN Customer Service can prove a challenge, however I give mad props to ATN team-member Jesus Garcia. He's by far ATN CS's most valuable and customer-focused employee. I had some issues that were none related to the product i purchased which caused some frustration. After speaking with Will at ATN, he assured me that any future issues I have will be resolved as quickly as he helped with this one. I left our conversation feeling much better about ATN service and products. I appreciate his attitude and helpfulness on the matter. Trying out my new 4k pro this week on some hogs!
