I sell and personally use ATN products in my gun shop. I've always had good luck with everything and now just experienced having to use their customer service for the first time. ATN is a great company to purchase equipment from! A few years ago I purchased a night vision scope and it recently broke (out of warranty). I called to see if it could be repaired and they offered to give me credit toward another scope upon returning the one I had. Austin Burton is who I spoke with and he was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful/patient while I figured out what would work best for me.
