My customer service Rep was Ross Epstein. Very friendly and helpful. Talked to him by phone at 6:30 pm est. He informed me what Info I needed to send back to him via email. I sent it to him around 8pm est. By 9am est I had a return email and a shipping label. Hopefully the rest of ATN are able to be as fast and efficient as he was. I have a Hog hunt booked and I need my night vision back ASAP! Thanks again Ross!👍

Brand new 4k pro in UK out the box freezing.No support from importer as they don't answer.Now have no menus and a very expensive paperweight with zero company support.Avoid if you expect after sales in the UK and a working product.Will stick with add on to normal scope as they work unlike this shower of an outfit who like to sell but not support products.Will return your paperweight and look to companies that support customers by selecting good importers.Word of warning stay way from any product via highland outdoors as the ... read more

Yes I would definitely recommend ATN to anyone looking for a quality smart optic system. I recieved my thor 4. 2-8 thermal scope today! first impression is that it is very nice. I am new to thermal imaging, so I have a lot to learn. Dealing with their customers service was one of my better experiences with mail order products. Mr. Chamberlain was very helpful and answered all the questions I could ask. made my buying experience simple and straightforward. I look forward to doing business with ATN in the future!
