I ordered a scope and a pair of binoculars and I received the scope but never got my binoculars. The binoculars cost over $300 and I have tried to contact this company over and over and cannot get anyone to help me. They will not reach back out to me to resolve this matter. Their customer service is horrible

RecommendedI started out with thinking I had baught a bad product from a company that don't stand behind their product. I couldn't have been more wrong. I feel the deal they made for me because my scope couldn't be fixed was more then I could have ever ask for. they gave me the newest model for an extremely low price. only a fool would have not taken it. I still have not heard or received anything about what you are doing with my 4x16 night vision binoculars I had to send back on Dec. 14th you received on Dec 21st. if I had to do this again I wouldn't terrible customer support. I will never recommend you to anyone. oh I also bought the 5x20 night vision scope and ABL Laser range finder lots of $ spent and not happy but I'm sure ABL is they got my $so I guess now it's F you dude

Been contact them for over a month trying to fix issues with my scope every time and never heard from them called 7 times. I shoot and the screen goes white or fuzzy or the screen with pulsate and then just go black and fuzzy and I don’t even have to shoot. I just filled out a slip to get my scope fixed waiting on for the info to where I mail it and the info.
I had a great experience with this morning with a technician who got me taken care of. I had just received my new LTV 3-9 night scope and the batteries didn’t come for my IR illuminator. He took my information and got my order put in right away. This is how you keep customers satisfied.
