RecommendedI see a lot of bad posted about atn at times in my various hunting pages but I will and can say in 4 plus years I've never had a bad experience that wasn't user error or that couldn't be resolved. Between Pablo Hernandez and Austin Burton I have been completely taken care of and will always come back to ATN based off of these two and how they portray and represent the company! Love my new Atn thermal imaging scope just got it mounted tonight going test it out in the backyard . I’m hundred percent happy with my purchase and my sales associate was awesome to me and my friends we purchased three scopes the same time so I bought a total of three with mounts and targets would recommend 100%

Ross Epstein helped me out. I lost my charging cover and he sent me a replacement. The response was quick. I would recommend ATN products and customer service is top notch.

Ross @ATN Customer Service is what you'd expect from a company that sells optics that are thousands of dollars (professional...knowledgeable...courteous). Ross handled my issue in under 5 minutes. You may want to get him some help though (15 minute from call to answer). BTW...my new X-Sight 4K Pro is awesome....THOR 4 640 4-40X is next on the list!!!
